About Layer 3 — Cumberland Residents
109 census households are plotted from the 1860 Cumberland Township census extract. Household popups list every recorded resident and link each name to that resident's Gettysburg Civilian Network page. Locations labeled Documented GPS coordinate use coordinates supplied in the census worksheet. All other locations are approximate reconstructions from the 1858 Adams County map and, where necessary, census enumeration sequence.
